Unscripted Opens
First-line systems that refuse the hook template. Use on camera, on a call, or at a table.
The fact, then the cost
Open with one verified fact from the last 48 hours. Then name what it cost you. No lesson until the second sentence.
The room, not the niche
Describe the room you are actually in. Light, time, who is missing. Then say the one thing that is true in that room.
No question to the crowd
Ban 'have you ever' and 'what if I told you'. Start with a decision you already made.
Name the stall
If you do not know how to start, say that. Then start anyway in the next breath. The stall is part of the take.

Kill the triad
If you wrote three parallel clauses, cut to one. Real speech does not arrive in threes unless you are selling.
Replace the abstract
Circle every word that could appear in any industry. Swap each for a noun you could photograph.
The borrowed sentence
Read it aloud. Any line you have heard on a podcast this month gets cut, even if it is true.
Rhythm test
If every sentence is the same length, you are writing for a model. Break one. Leave one unfinished.

Ask for the real objection
Do not handle objections. Ask: 'What would make you walk away that you have not said yet?' Then wait.
The unpretty want
Say what you want without making it noble. Wanting money, rest, or a specific person is allowed.
No recap
Do not summarize what they just said to prove you listened. Ask the next true question instead.
Close or decline
End with a clear yes or a clear no. Ambiguous warmth is a costume. Pick.
Body Data
Train the instrument that AI cannot borrow: breath, pace, and the pause before you perform.
Exhale first
Before you speak or type, exhale fully. Start on the next inhale. Notice if the first sentence changes.
Name the speed
If you are rushing, write the word RUSHING and then slow the next line to half speed. Keep both.
The honest pause
When you do not know, stop. Count four. Then answer from the body, not the brand.
Stand or sit as you would in the room
Do the take in the posture of the real moment. Do not curl around a phone if the real moment is a table.
